From first contact to HomeGuard, Susan Wilmore whom answered the phone was always at ease, knew what my requests were and was able to make the process perfect. My Concierge, Serena Mason’s smooth handling of the roof repairs that I requested. Then the repair man who came was very polite complied with the Covid-19 directions of wearing a face-mask. (Wish I had his name!!) Great experience, all around!!

This company has amazing, reliable, quality, efficient, intelligible contractors. The contractor that installed my central A/C, his name was IGOR with is trainee Brandon. They were respectful and addressed all my questions.
I have experienced with multiple HVAC companies that would circle around questions without ever giving you tips but money out of you.
This man is true to what he says and I believe every contractor should be because customers can feel, hear, see, just sense everything out of someone who just wants to over sell.I will consider this company but specifically ask for IGOR. You get the work out of what you pay for and it is quality. I am a satisfied customer with newly installed A/C. Thank you Home Guard and IGOR and Brandon.
Every possible effort to communicate was employed. On those occasions when I was unable to answer their call, an e-mail arrived before I could check voice mail. Grateful for that.
