HomeGuard Incorporated is currently looking for motivated individuals to join our Administrative team to work in our Livermore office.

We are currently seeking 1-2 candidates to join our staff in the Office of the General Manager. The ideal candidates will perform a wide variety of duties including, but not limited to:

  • Reviewing and responding to company emails
  • Reaching out to customers to follow up on inquiries for field employees
  • Processing employee protocol reminders and generating reports
  • Following up with inspectors and customers regarding reports that are due to go out
  • Processing customer satisfaction surveys and following up with customers regarding any concerns
  • Processing of employee time off requests
  • Assisting with additional projects as needed

  • Comfortable working with employees at all levels within the company including our Executive Management Team
  • Ability to work under tight time constraints and meet deadlines
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize duties
  • Punctual and reliable
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Able to work independently without direct supervision
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Professional telephone etiquette
  • Experience working with all Microsoft programs with an emphasis on Access, Outlook, and Excel
  • Ability to maintain basic office equipment (fax machine, photocopiers, etc.)

We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment with previous administrative experience. This position is 40 hours per week, hours to be determined. Salary dependent on experience. Background and Drug screening is required.
