Certified in ASHI Home Inspections, sewer lateral inspections, and termite inspections, Dave’s vast experience has earned him a place in the 10,000 Inspection Club.

Dave is also a key member of the HealthyHome Advice Team, where his passion for education shines. He takes pride in helping homeowners understand the condition of their homes and offers practical advice on maintenance and repairs.
