From first contact to HomeGuard, Susan Wilmore whom answered the phone was always at ease, knew what my requests were and was able to make the process perfect. My Concierge, Serena Mason’s smooth handling of the roof repairs that I requested. Then the repair man who came was very polite complied with the Covid-19 directions of wearing a face-mask. (Wish I had his name!!) Great experience, all around!!

The tech was outstanding. Kept us informed every step of the way, did a fabulous job, and did a thorough walk through when he was done. Best yet also cleaned up after himself. The repairs were so good, I thought for a second about not moving.
